This year, we partnered with IBM to create a brand-new, completely centralized Smart Cookies platform, with technological updates and improvements for a streamlined, better user experience.
We’re excited to unveil our new, smarter and easier to use Smart Cookies platform, and can't wait to see how it simplifies and amplifies the Girl Scout Cookie Program for councils, troop leaders, and girls alike. Learn more about some of the most exciting changes below.
SMART CONSOLIDATION: We’ve intelligently merged the system’s core functionalities in order to make your experience truly seamless, including role-based access, centralized credentials, single sign-on and easy access to order and inventory management and training materials
RESPONSIVE DESIGN: The new Smart Cookies’ responsive design ensures that the platform is easy to use across mobile and desktop
COUNCIL FLEXIBILITY: Now with redesigned order management, booth management, and updated time zones
NEW TROOP CAPABILITIES: The update includes expanded tools to help Troops organize and streamline! Troops can now:
- Select delivery locations and times
- Enter planned orders
- Enter all Troop transactions
- Request and schedule a booth
- Record booth sale activity
- And more!
Our goal is to make the girls’ experience managing the cookie program as seamless, easy, and fun as possible! To that end, we’ve made the following updates for girls:
SEAMLESS PLATFORM: No linking of accounts required, with one system and seamless integration
INCREASED EFFICIENCY: New Cookie Program e-card capabilities allow girls to ship orders direct to consumer or hand deliver and online registration has been made even easier
SAFETY FIRST: Troop users now have complete visibility to girls’ online marketing activity
ENHANCED GOAL-SETTING: Girls can now see their own reward plans and set goals
STREAMLINED SALES TOOLS: Girls can send an e-card through Smart Cookies, or use a personal link that can be posted to social media sites and other materials
