Thin Mint® Popcorn


  • 10 cups plain popped popcorn
  • 25 Thin Mints® Girl Scout Cookies, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups white baking chips
  • 1 package mint chocolate candies

In a large bowl, combine popcorn and half of the crushed Thin Mints®. In the microwave or on the stove, melt white chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mix over popcorn, coating evenly.


Immediately spread coated popcorn onto parchment paper and sprinkle with remaining crushed Thin Mints.


Melt mint chocolate candies on the stove or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over popcorn, then put in freezer for 10 minutes to set.


Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
