Peanut Butter Patties® Cookie Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 24 Peanut Butter Patties® Girl Scout Cookies
- Peanut butter frosting
- Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 24 cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
Mix up the cake mix according to the directions on the back of the box.
Place a cookie in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Cover the cookie with cake batter.
Fill the liners at least 3/4 of the way full. Bake for 18-19 minutes. Cool completely.
Frost cupcakes with peanut butter frosting. Add chocolate sprinkles as desired.
Store in a sealed container.
