Caramel Chocolate Chip Mousse


  • 1 box of Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 14 oz organic extreme firm tofu
  • 1-¾ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Crush 1 cup of Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies.


Add the cookie crumbs and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour into bowls and add a cookie on top for effect.
